Hanceville Cattle Company is located in Hanceville, in the heart of Chilcotin Country in southern central British Columbia, Canada. It's still very reminiscent of a historical, authentic, frontier region being relatively sparsely populated or uninhabited. Unscarred by modern infrastructure like railways and rapid transit, it just has one major artery, Highway 20, running through.

This region includes three primary planning areas which are the Chilcotin Central Coast, the Gold Rush Trail and Interlakes. The region is inclusive of Bella Bella in the west, Lillooet and Yale in the south, Stone Creek in the north and 100 Mile House in the east. The region also includes a vast array of over 50 First Nations.
